We use Boost theme at our school, and already added a lot of tweaks to it to reduce the number of clicks (Boost is pretty horrible with that, hiding everything in drop downs...)

What lots of our users find unintuitive is that there is two kind of settings for activity items - the settings that you can access from the course view page, and the settings that open in a separate dropdown menu once the activity is opened.

I'm not sure how hard this would be or if it would negatively affect performance, but it would greatly reduce the amount of clicking for teachers and make the course UI more intuitive if all the settings from the second dropdown would open in a dropdown directly on the course view page
