Hello everyone,

I have been a Moodle user for quite a long time now and recently I have been assigned to a Development Project, where one of the challenges is to develop a Moodle Knowledgebase for our new Communication & Collaboration Platform.

The idea is to be able to search for Knowledge (Content, Resources, People), not only in the Moodle-Platform (via Global Search and Tags for example), but to extend the search to the Web (via Google for example). Has anyone experience in this topic, or does anyone know of an existing solution/plugin for this? (I have not been succesful in finding one yet!).

When not then maybe this would be an interesting idea to develop and take Global Search to the next step!

really looking forward to my first MoodleMoot and to meeting you all soon!

Dear Mariela

Ma colleague Ioana Gatzka noticed me to let you know about some Israeilan people she met at the IEUK Moodle Moot.

Have a look at their work:

Maybe the'll attend our Vienna Moot if one is going to ask them to come?

Dear Luca,

thank you for the quick response! The work looks very interesting and impressive, even though I cannot read what is written in Hebrew. I am particularly interested in the part of "Expert Knowledge". Maybe I am licky and they do attend the MM in Vienna wink

All the best to you and Iona
