um Trainer*innen eine langersehnte Funktion bei der "Gegenseitigen Beurteilung" zu bringen.

Als Trainer*in
möchte ich bei der Aktivität "Gegenseitige Beurteilung" alle abgegebenen Dateien auf einmal herunterladen können
um rascher und unkomplizierter damit arbeiten zu können.


Aktuell

  • Ein massenmäßiger Download von Abgaben ist in dieser Aktivität aktuell nicht möglich.
  • Ein entsprechender Feature-Wunsch existiert bereits seit langem im Moodle-Tracker (aus 2013) und wird immer wieder nachgefragt, wurde bis dato aber noch nicht umgesetzt: https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-40879
  • Es gab bereits verschiedenste Kommentare zur Umsetzung (u.a. auch zu notwendigen Abhängigkeiten zur App).
  • Bei andere Aktivitäten ist ein solcher Download standardmäßig vorhanden (z.B. in der Aktivität "Aufgabe").


Feature-Wunsch

  • ursprünglicher Feature-Wunsch "I'd like to see an option to bulk download all workshop submissions. I think this would be of great value for others who use this acitivity."
  • Umsetzung des Tracker-Issues
  • massenmäßigen Bulk-Download - vergleichbar mit anderen Core-Aktivitäten - ermöglichen

There is already an AMC-plugin "assignsubmission_download" for bulk-downloading assignment submissions.
If we could start from there it could be feasible to do it in two days (in a group of 3 to 4 developers/testers)...

The latest news regarding this issue:

Nora Wolf told us that the University of Graz (member of AMC) has already a plugin doing this, developed by Stephan Lorbek and Andre Menrath.

I had a look at the plugin and what it simply does is: It downloads all file submissions of a workshop instance with a static name scheme.

There would be at least two features we could add at to this plugin at the devcamp:

  1. downloading the online text submissions as well - like the plugin student folder (publication)
  2. individual naming schemes for the downloaded submissions including the groupname as option - like the plugin assign submission download

Afterwards it is possible that the AMC takes over and publishes the plugin at moodle.org.

Or also straight away submit it to integrate in Moodle core.

MoodleMootDACH projects hold a great history IMHO to make it into Moodle core code.
The proposed feature surely deserves it.
