I've seen MDL-82477 - TAGS are not appearing for search in Question Bank submitted.
Given MoodleMootDACH24 has Tim Hunt as well as Amaia Anabitarte and Sara Arjona present: Let's think about maybe realizing this extension to the question bank, raising the overall knowledge on how the question bank is extensible with plugins such as bulk actions, or, as above, search criteria.
