In unserer Community existiert bereits viel Wissen. Allerdings kann nicht jede Person zu jedem Thema höchste Expertise besitzen. Hier kommt der Erfahrungsaustausch ins Spiel. Die Moodle Docs erklären bereits viele Funktionen, allerdings mit Fokus auf Einstellungsmöglichkeiten. Betriebskonzepte und didaktische Szenarien werden nur am Rande beschrieben. Foren auf moodle.org und das Vereins-Forum "Hochschulen im deutschsprachigen Raum" zeigen, wie groß das Wissen ist, Fragen werden oft sehr kompetent und hilfreich beantwortet. Allerdings ist der in den Foren verborgene Erfahrungsschatz nur schwierig auffindbar und kaum strukturiert. Noch extremer ist es mit dem in verschiedenen Moodle-Chats aufblitzenden Erfahrungswissen.
In dieser Session soll besprochen werden, wie wir unsere Erfahrungen aus Betrieb und Beratung fortlaufend sammeln und teilen können. Welches Format eignet sich dafür? Was ist ein guter Ort? Welche Struktur fördert gute Auffindbarkeit? Wie können wir es nachhaltig und attraktiv gestalten, dass dauerhaft möglichst Viele mitmachen und davon profitieren?

A lot of knowledge already exists in our community. However, not every person can have the highest level of expertise on every topic. This is where the exchange of experience comes into play. The Moodle Docs already explain many functions, but with a focus on setting options. Operating concepts and didactic scenarios are only described in passing. Forums on moodle.org and the association forum “Hochschulen im deutschsprachigen Raum“ (Universities in German-speaking countries) show how much knowledge there is, and questions are often answered very competently and helpfully. However, the wealth of experience hidden in the forums is difficult to find and hardly structured. The situation is even more extreme when it comes to the knowledge that flashes up in various Moodle chats.
In this session, we will discuss how we can continuously collect and share our experiences from operations and consulting. Which format is suitable for this? What is a good place? What structure promotes good findability? How can we make it sustainable and attractive so that as many people as possible can participate and benefit from it in the long term?
