On the my courses-site in Moodle there's the course overview implemented, where users can search for available courses. There's less functionality at the moment.
To give users more options in handling, I would like to pitch the following at the DevCamp:
- add sorting by "Course start date"
-> unsolved tracker issue: https://moodle.atlassian.net/browse/MDL-66888 - add sorting by "Starred/ not starred"
- add option to choose the sorting order (ascending/ descending)
- add settings in the website administration to define:

- the default sorting option

If you have any ideas for further improvement on the course overview, don't hesitate to add a comment on that.
