In order to make it easier for teachers to have a OSCE like grading form, the database activity could be used. This requires that a teacher can add a data set, assign it to a student (e.g. change the ownership) but the student may not change anything at the dataset, but view it only. Still based on the entered data, the teacher may provide a grade which is taken into the students grade book.
The workflow must be a bit different, so that a teacher may add a data set, assign it to a student and still the student has the capability to view it only. That might imply to have a new data type, and a new capability.
