After an inspiring conference, it’s time to sit back, relax, and enjoy a great evening together!
Join us for our social dinner on July 2nd at Restaurant Octavo, located in the very same building where the hosting team has been working hard to organize this conference (so yes, you’ll finally see where the magic happened 😉).
🕕 Time: from 18:00 / 18:30 to 22:00
📍 Location: Restaurant Octavo
Getting there is easy:
- 🚌 By bus: Bus 80 (direction Bhf. Oerlikon Nord), stop Birchstrasse (~15 min)
- 🚶 On foot: about 40 minutes (nice evening walk!)
- 🚕 By Uber: around 8 minutes
🍴 Food: You can choose between meat, vegetarian, or vegan options. The meal costs 25 CHF (excluding drinks) and is paid by card directly at the restaurant.
Partners, friends and family members are also very welcome to join! 👨👩👧👦 If you would like to bring someone with you, please let us know the number of additional guests and their food preferences — meat, vegetarian, or vegan. You can add this information in the comments field of the registration form or send it to us by email at mootdach2026@ethz.ch.
Not feeling like having dinner? No problem! There’s also a bar, so feel free to join just for a drink. Just make sure to register anyway, as we need the exact number of participants for security reasons.
The idea is simple: enjoy the evening, chat, relax, have a drink, maybe play some board games… or just unwind after a busy conference day.
At 22:00 we’ll have to leave the restaurant — but that doesn’t mean the night has to end! You can continue exploring nearby bars and gardens 🍹or be in Zürich city center in just 7 minutes by train. For more ideas, check out the Zurich tips page.
👉 Please register in advance by June 21. This deadline helps us plan the catering, avoid food waste, and ensure a smooth organization of the evening. If your plans change after registering, we kindly ask you to let us know as soon as possible. We’d love to see you there!
