I think multi-language capabilities in Moodle courses is already a topic for the DevCamp, but unfortunately I can only come on Thursday and Friday at the BarCamp, so I thought I'd start a discussion on it here!
On my end, I have courses in 3 languages (DE, FR, EN) and I create separate courses for each language. I know there are custom plugins and articles on how to set this up (for ex: https://articlebin.michaelmilette.com/creating-a-multilingual-moodle-site/) but before engaging more on that road, I'd be interested in learning more about your own experiences and approaches, and the pros and cons etc.
