This is a proposal to be working on user tours.
As far as a couple of people (the "Quiz and Question bank" team was throwing ideas around) think, its usage is not logged. So there is the first problem (it is not loggable what user tours are used/desired vs. left out unused.
Then, there could be the option of making user tours supporting branching scenarios.
Further on, can user tours be set to background, an action performed by the user, and then re-taken up?
Ideas around this could be advising lecturers alongside when they are creating activities, when they are creating questions, and so on and so forth.
Enhance user tours, and actually–how often are they used anyway?
